LIES

I don't know what to do

I went to one of the church sermons, like I said I would. I didn't get to record anything though. Silas pulled me aside before I could start investigating, saying he had something urgent to tell me.

...My parents knew what was making me sick. This entire time they've known. 

You want to know what it was? What's been causing me to lose memories and to collapse, what makes me so weak I can't walk sometimes?

Penumbra.

That motherfucker. He did this to me. He's the reason ANY of this is happening to me. He created everything here, he made me sick, he's manipulating EVERYTHING to get what he wants. He was killing me.

The worst part is...I think Payton and Henny knew too. They knew how badly it was affecting me, and that it might kill me, BUT THEY SAID NOTHING. 

The only one who has ever been honest with me is Silas. 

I just...don't know what's real anymore. Everything I learn leads me down a path I really don't want to follow, but what choice do I have at this point? Penumbra needs to pay for what he did to me, and the church could help me with that. 

...Silas said they could cure me. They could fix what Penumbra did to me. I could function again, I wouldn't be dying anymore. Regardless of what the church has done in the past...what if he's not lying? What if they can cure me?
